Our organic teff flour is suitable for making gluten free bread, especially flat bread. The dough increases only a little in volume, a typical feature of gluten free flour. That’s why, when baking gluten free foods, we always using several different gluten free types of flour. The resulting taste is very interesting and the different positive properties the flours have can complement each other. Cooked teff flour can be used to make a tradtional vegan pancake called „injera“.
