Brown millet grain has been cultivated since the beginning of human civilisation all over the world for a variety of traditional dishes. Brown millet can be used in bread and pastries, vegan rissoles, soups, salads, soufflés, desserts and much more. In its raw state, our brown millet can be used in muesli, fruit salads or shakes.
Tip: briefly toast the grains in a pan without fat to enhance their taste.
Cooking Instructions: Thoroughly wash the organic brown millet and boil the amount required with 2.5 – 3 times the amount of water, covered for around 25 minutes.
