Our organic golden millet flour is carefully ground and tested several times for gluten. We use only our golden millet grains that have been cleaned several times. The flour has a delicate, typical millet taste, as it’s freshly ground. The millet flour has a very fine consistency and is an attractive pale colour.

We purchase our organic millet, which we use for our flour, exclusively from Austrian organic farmers.
The organic millet is cultivated and harvested with the greatest care, in compliance with criteria on organic agriculture. It’s easy to see why Austrian millet has so much to offer you! After harvesting, our organic millet is cleaned several times, ensuring high purity. After their quality has been checked several times, the millet is ground in a gluten free facility. Our Millet flour is given our standard pressure treatment and they are laser cleaned. During the pressure process, the combination of pressure and time ensures that the product is completely free of pests.
