Fairtrade Tabouleh, vegan, gluten free
Step 1:
Prepare quinoa and chickpeas according to cooking instructions and let them cool. you can buy pre-cooked tinned chickpeas from Lemberona – handy for tasty meals.
Step 2:
Cut the cucumber, tomatoes, onions, garlic, 1 bunch of mint, 1 bunch of parsley and spring onions into small pieces, mix with the oil and spices and season.

- 3 tbsp. Fairtrade olive oil and 3 tbsp. Fairtrade sesame oil
- Fairtrade sesame, salt, pepper and cumin
