Fairtrade Tabouleh, vegan, gluten free

Fairtrade Bio Tabouleh

Step 1:

Prepare quinoa and chickpeas according to cooking instructions and let them cool. you can buy pre-cooked tinned chickpeas from Lemberona – handy for tasty meals.

Step 2:

Cut the cucumber, tomatoes, onions, garlic, 1 bunch of mint, 1 bunch of parsley and spring onions into small pieces, mix with the oil and spices and season.


  • 200 g Fairtrade quinoa
  • 150 g Fairtrade chickpeas
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber, Juice of 3 lemons, Onions, garlic cloves, mint, parsley, spring onions
  • 3 tbsp. Fairtrade olive oil and 3 tbsp. Fairtrade sesame oil
  • Fairtrade sesame, salt, pepper and cumin
